The first part of this Volume contains Discourses which came through Mr. Guy W. Ballard. These were received on the Light and Sound Ray from Beloved Mighty Victory while the Ballards were on tour in the 1930s. We bless Mr. and Mrs. Ballard for being the ones through whom the Beloved Ascended Masters could dictate these Mighty Words of Instruction for the blessing of mankind. Part II of Volume 9 contains Dictations which came through Mrs. Ballard in the 1940s. These Discourses were given before thousands of Students during Classes in Chicago, from November through December 1944, and one in Santa Fe, New Mexico, October 1945.
